Mrs. Dassi Silverman

Mrs. Dassi Silverman is the head of our mathematics department. She has been at TABC since 1996, teaching Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Personal Finance, and AP Statistics. She received her BA in Education from Stern College, her MS in Special Education from Hunter College, and did all of her coursework for math certification 6-12 at William Patterson University. Mrs. Silverman coaches TABC's highly successful Math League team and enters many of our strong math students in various individual and team competitions. She lives in New Milford and enjoys needlepoint, learning Tanach, and spending lots of time with her grandchildren.
