Mrs. Naama Taubenfeld

Mrs. Naama Taubenfeld teaches Graphic Design. With more than 20 years of experience as a graphic designer, Mrs. Taubenfeld began her career as a graphic designer in New York City’s fashion design industry — first in childrenswear then expanding into womenswear and menswear — and had her work published on the cover of DNR-Daily News Record men’s fashion trade magazine. Shifting from fashion design to freelance graphic design projects for parties, novelty gifts, home design, and digital fine arts, Mrs. Taubenfeld has learned to adapt and utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop programs for freelance graphic design projects while raising her three children, and has demonstrated that these software programs are invaluable across numerous industries. She is a strong believer that visual art of all mediums is healing for creators and viewers. Her art has been displayed and sold at the annual Art of Healing Exhibition, a featured exhibit at Englewood Hospital, to soothe, comfort, and uplift the minds of patients, employees, and visitors. Recently, she was chosen to participate and complete the Women’s Entrepreneurship Program through Cornell University funded by the Bank of America. She received her BFA from Yeshiva University’s Stern College for Women, specializing in Textile Surface Design through a joint Fine Arts program with the Fashion Institute of Technology.
